2. Image Ownership & Copyright

All images remain the sole intellectual property of the Photographer and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

No ownership rights are transferred under any circumstances. Purchasing or downloading an image grants a limited licence for use, not ownership.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all images are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Permitted use includes:

5. Event Coverage

The Photographer endeavours to capture a wide range of vehicles and moments at each event. However, due to time constraints, event size, access limitations, and other factors beyond control, coverage of all vehicles or attendees cannot be guaranteed.

6. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure correct selection and compatibility prior to purchase.

7. Delivery

Images will be delivered in the format and resolution stated at the point of purchase. Delivery is typically immediate or within a reasonable timeframe.

The Photographer is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or user error during download.

8. Storage & Downloads

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased images.

While reasonable efforts may be made to retain backup copies, the Photographer does not guarantee long-term storage or future availability of any image.

9. Image Representation

Every effort is made to ensure images are accurately represented on the Website. However, variations in colour, brightness, or cropping may occur depending on screen settings or device differences.

10. Removal Requests

If an individual wishes for an image featuring their vehicle to be removed, a request may be submitted. The Photographer reserves the right to assess and action such requests at their discretion.

11. Liability

The Photographer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

- The use or inability to use the Website

- The purchase or use of any images

- Loss of data or downloaded files
